1. Contact Us: Share your project details, including the number and pictures of luminaires. You can use the contact formular below or send an email to info@luxega.eu

2. Assessment: We’ll evaluate the feasibility and benefits of a retrofit solution.

3. Proposal: Receive a tailored proposal with costs, energy savings, and ROI details.

4. AI-model: The proces with our AI-model starts when the proposal is of interest. We will need 1 pc of the street light house.

5. Delivery of sample: Normally our AI-model and engineering processes takes 1 week, from there we do all the testing at the independent lighting test lab. After we do the electrical testing according to the CE regulations.

6. Installation: You will receive the LED insert within typically 4 weeks and then our LED inserts are normally installed in under 15 minutes per luminaire.

In most cases, there is no cost for a sample, especially if the luminaire is a well-known type that Luxega already supports or finds valuable to add to our product portfolio. For these, we can quickly provide a sample with minimal lead time.

However, for unique or less common luminaires, a fixed fee of €450 applies. This fee covers the complete process, including running the AI model, certifications, two engineers, and a dedicated project manager to oversee the sample and project delivery.

While Luxega inserts are not original, they are designed as a superior retrofit solution. Our LED inserts, crafted with advanced AI technology, ensure a perfect fit for your existing luminaires, delivering performance, efficiency, and lifespan equal to or better than original solutions.

Importantly, most older fixtures no longer have any warranty. By installing Luxega LED inserts, we take full responsibility for our unit within the existing fixture. This includes providing a comprehensive warranty of 5 or 7 years and issuing an EC Declaration of Conformity after the rebuild.
