The new toolings not only enhances manufacturing speed, allowing us to meet demand from recent large-scale contracts faster, but also enables superior heat dissipation, which is critical for ensuring LED longevity and performance. As part of this innovation, each new heat sink is now branded with the Luxega logo and designed to fit many traditional streetlight housings.

This advancement has allowed Luxega to push the boundaries of LED efficiency, with one of our newest LED inserts now reaching an impressive 182 lm/W – setting a new benchmark in the industry. This makes Luxega’s solutions among the most sustainable and energy-efficient retrofit LED kits for street lighting in the World.

The tooling investment also supports a significant new contract involving the well known street light namely, Philips Milewide. With our custom-designed LED insert, Luxega not only complies with strict European road lighting standards, but also delivers an exceptional return on investment (ROI) of just 2.7 years.
